Breakfast (according to charterer's preference)

Coffee-juice-honey-a variety of jams- fruit- cake-eggs -bacon- cheeses- cold cuts

Lunch 

1st Day 

-Picknik Salad with chicken

-Taramosalata and ntomatokeftedes (meatballs with tomato)

-Main course:Lamb "kapama" in red sause with prunes and sun dried tomatoes 

2nd Day 

-Green Salad 

-Large Fettucine with mushrooms and a variety of green vegetables 

-Croquettes with anchovies and octopus 

-Main course: Octopus cooked in wine with angler fish 

3rd Day 

-Greek Salad (Horiatiki)

-Cheese Croquettes and meatballs

- Main course:Mousaka

4th Day 

-Lettuce Salad with a mix of seafood and roka 

-Octοpus in vinegar (xidato- typical greek dish)

-White Grouper fish ala "Spetsota" baked in the oven with potatoes

5th Day 

-Grandmas salad with zucchini,mint and peppers

-Tunasalad 

-anchovies "toursi" and fennel seed

-Main course: "Gemista" Stuffed tomatoes 

6th Day 

-Shrimp Salad

-Flogeres Smirnis with pastourma 

-Main course:"Lahanontolmades" (cabbage rolls) with stuffed zucchinis cooked in lemon sauce

7th Day 

-Greek salad with caper leaves

-Marinated anchovies

-Main course:"Gigantes" Giant Beans cooked in the oven with tomato sauce and "imam" stuffed aubergines

Dinner

1st Day

-Farmers Salad 

-Artichokes with a mix of vegetables 

-Main course:"Briam" and meatballs cooked in ouzo - florin peppers stuffed with different cheeses

2nd Day 

-Salad with tomatoes , onion , parsley, eggs, boiled potatoes, caper and sweet paprika

-Meatballs "frikase"

-Main course:Lamb cooked slowly in the oven wrapped in foil  with feta cheese , potatoes, garlic, oregano

3rd Day 

-Greek green Salad

-Aubergine & chicken croquettes

-Main course:"Soutzoukakia" with potato puree
